Bootstrap Homes LLC is a real estate company focusing on helping distressed home owners since 2013. After purchasing properties the team creates a plan to repair, update and list for rent or to sell (on the MLS or to hedge funds).
John is President and founder. He graduated with two Bachelor degrees from the University of Central Florida in Economics and Business and a MBA from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida where he wrote business plans for technology startups.
John has over 15 years’ experience in Corporate Finance for a Fortune 100 company while living in Orlando, Cape Canaveral and Dallas-Fort Worth. He was responsible for business startups, applying a strong expertise in cost and schedule management while establishing budget baselines and presenting quarterly financials.
Currently, with over a dozen investment rental properties in Florida and Texas he uses an effective process of acquiring off-market properties for potential investment opportunities. He has developed the skills in finding, maintaining, marketing and managing properties. He has found success partnering with other investors and private individuals who are looking for higher returns backed by real estate.
John enjoys spending time with his children, friends, traveling, playing music, gardening, cooking and studying solutions in providing housing for low income households (to decrease homelessness in our country).
