If you are interested in applying for one of our available rental homes then follow the 5 step process.

1- Do You Qualify?  We'll review the following:

Income
Combined income of 3 times monthly rent

Credit Screening
Income plus credit history will be scored (bad credit is OK)

Criminal Screening
For ALL applicants 18 years and older

Rental Screening
Checks rental payment history and past evictions

2- Next step... Complete the Application (one per each adult).

There are two ways to complete this.  You can download the application in PDF or Microsoft Word format (use link provided), print it and fill it out.  Then bring it to us or scan and email back.

3- Once the application is approved then we'll need to collect funds per ADULT for the background/credit check (bad credit is OK).  Fee is $75 per adult.
Payment can be made in person (cash, cashier's check) or through Vemno or Zelle.
 

4- Afterwards, we'll need some back-up documents submitted by email or in person:
* photo of a valid government picture ID;
* last 4 pay stubs from employer;
We'll verify employment and rental history.


5- Last step is to sign the lease with security deposit and 1st months' rent in a cashier's check or via Zelle.

We use our Rental Criteria as a guide to finding great tenants.  If you don't meet all the criteria but feel like you would be a great tenant, let us know.  We will consider your circumstances.

Lease Agreement- updates coming soon

After your application is approved, a signed lease with deposits will seal the deal.  We will send approved applicants the lease directly.
